Jamal and his crew did a great job installing the concrete coating!!! This is the second time we’ve used Flagler Concrete Coatings and they do a great job! Before and after pics attached. I can’t give 5 Stars to a company that wants to up charge you for using a credit card. I can buy a candy bar for a couple bucks without an up charge, but can’t spend a few thousand with your company.

Flagler Concrete Coatings is part of a nationwide company dealing with these coverings. Because they are nationwide we know that we can feel comfortable dealing with them long-term. They gave us an extremely good deal and we’re looking forward to the installation.

We meet with Connor and scheduled our pool deck coating for June 10th. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. We can't wait to see the finished project.

The icing on the cake were Anthony, Ethan & Mason; the crew who worked in the cruel Florida heat and still maintained beautiful smiles while transforming my space into a lovely oasis. I could not be more satisfied!

Deonte and his crew were great! They arrived on time and even though the area is under construction they kept their work area clean. The crew was quiet and worked until my back porch was in perfect condition. Deonte made sure we were satisfied with the work and explained what we had to do clearly so not to mess up his great work! Flager Concrete Coatings did our concrete driveway. Our driveway was really bad. There were large cracks running different directions on it. We didn’t want to just pour a concrete filler in the cracks and paint it. That might have worked for a year. We did get an estimate from one of their competitors and chose Flagler Concrete Coating. There’s many colors to pick from and there’s a lifetime warranty. We were amazed how beautiful the driveway looked when they were finished. It only took one day to complete the job. It was so nice we didn’t want to drive on it or get it dirty. I would highly recommend Flagler Concrete Coatings to anyone wanting to have their driveway, garage, or patio coated. You won’t be disappointed.

Josh Bridgman came out to the house to give us an estimate, and he was honest and sincere with us about the work that would be done for the patio and the garage. We are scheduled to have the work done later on in June but i wanted to mention the great service Josh gave us. He explained everything in detail, gave us his honest recommendations, and did everything he could to assist us with the estimate. Thank you Josh for your honesty and sincerity and for helping us understand the difference in product and in the work that would be done at our house.

Today was our first appointment with a representative who explained to us the difference in coatings that they had available. Representative was very detailed with his presentation and made recommendations when needed based on his experience which we greatly appreciate it. Great experience very comfortable no high sales pitch. We decided to coat our driveway and pavers with the foam. Look forward to doing business with your company.

The job turned out beautiful. Very pleased. Very pleased with Anthony that gave the quote. They cleaned up and left everything in good order. Found it difficult to get a call back. Lady in the office was rude and very abrupt.

Wish I could give a better review. They took our deposit… and now it seems like we are invisible. Took about a week and 1/2 to receive a reply to an email. Left a message, no reply. Very curious to see if the project will ever be started and finished satisfactory. Update… after calling the office I received a response immediately. They apologized for lack of response and promise to do better. Not having the product but down until July/August. I have a positive feeling all will go well!

FINALLY!! The CORRECT Solution for our Pool Deck! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the amazing team at Flagler Concrete Coatings for making it happen! After years of cool deck, paint, layers, coatings, etc.… We can finally say we love everything about our new RevaFlex rubber surface. This solution checks every box. Beautiful, soft on the feet, cool to the touch, amazing grip, even when wet! Absolutely no mess and the Amazing technicians finished our job in one day before we even got home. Nate and his team made sure everything was communicated ahead of time. Kyle and his team communicated with us throughout the installation beginning in the morning and finishing up before 4 PM. These are the before/after pics of the pool deck refinishing project ay our house. Kay and her crew finished the 2 step process in two days and the finish is awesome. We were looking for a finish that would prevent slipping on the wet surface and cover up grout wear and tear. DONE. The crew paid attention to detail and they exceeded our expectations. Verry happy.

Your salesman was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and we believe honest. He understood what we are trying to accomplish and gave us proper recommendations explaining why and assisted with our decision. We appreciate Richard’s pleasant attitude and demeanor.

They did a great job and all in one day. I get nothing but compliments on my driveway. There was a small section that wasn't adhering right John and his partner came out and re-did a large area rather than a small patch so it wouldn't be noticed and it came out perfect. Flagler stands by their work!

Flagler CC was our third estimate. We were well educated by all 3 presentation's. Connor was awesome and was knowledgeable on the process, materials and finance options. He knew he was our third estimate so he was straight forward and honest. I would recommend speaking with Connor and Flagler CC.

Revaflex is exactly as they advertise. They applied it to our pool deck and it looks incredible. Very slip resistant which was my number one concern. No longer will my grand daughters slip and hurt themselves. It flexes a little as you walk on it, a kind of cushion feel like playground surfaces. That also makes it safer if you happen to fall. We can't be happier.

I just wanna start off by saying we had a considerable amount of work that needed done. Noah (GM) and his team executed everything relatively quickly and everything was done very well. We had plenty of questions and even phone calls throughout the process and they didn’t hesitate. They were dedicated and we were IMPRESSED to say the least. There was a bit of a time crunch (on our part) and we would find them outside working even if it started to rain. Despite telling them they could just come back. This group definitely puts in the work. And we are grateful not only for their dedication, but the results they produced. You definitely get what you pay for and more. We will definitely be using them for all of our properties in the future.

My poly floor came out amazing!!!!

I had a great experience with Flagler Concrete Coatings from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. They walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was done right. The finished product came out even better than I expected. clean, durable, and completely transformed the space. You can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for quality concrete coating and a company that actually shows up and delivers, I highly recommend them.

We had Flagler Concrete Coatings treat our garage floor, and they outdid my expectations! We previously attempted to make the floor look respectable with Rustoleum epoxy coating. We attempted to grind the surface as directed, but you need serious equipment to do the job properly. And of course the coating peeled where the tires sat! I purchased pricy Weathertech flooring and made pads to park the tires upon which looked better and would be great if one was to do the entire garage, though expensive. We had a few quotes after Spectrum's star advertiser shocked us and my wife reminded I had a representative from Flagler Concrete Coating come out for a quote last year. We called and Austin came out and told us the price was the same as he had previously quoted. The won't increase their previous quote. Surprised there was such a difference, we asked for a price on our small lanai also. The price for the garage floor, and the lanai was less than anyone else's for just the Garage! They did a phenomenal job! every one that stops by to inspect it loves it! And you might tell by this lengthy review that I am extremely pleased beyond expectations!

I am giving this review 5 stars solely because of the two individuals who did the actual work—Jose Magana and Maurice Lloyd. These two were outstanding. They were extremely responsible, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable about the product and process. Their work ethic and professionalism truly stood out, and they went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Unfortunately, the experience with the salesperson did not match the quality of the crew. While he was polite and punctual, he lacked the product knowledge needed to properly guide a customer. I was told that with the provided “croc cleats,” I would be able to walk on the surface within 6 hours—but that was not the case. Because of this miscommunication, Jose and Maurice had to return on a different day to complete the job, which could have been avoided with accurate information upfront. I would rate the salesperson 3 stars for punctuality, but only 1 star for communication, as I have still not received a response after reaching out about this issue. Bottom line: the installation team is top-notch and deserves every bit of recognition. Flagler Concrete Coating is fortunate to have them. I just strongly recommend improving product training and communication on the sales side to match the high standards of the crew.

Austin is very knowledgeable and took time to make sure we got the look we wanted. Work was professionally done and looks great. The crew performing the work made sure to clean up afterwards, explained the procedure and told us how to take care of it.

Da'Ante and his assistant were excellent workers! They cared about their work and left the jobsite as clean as possible. They were respectful of our property which is extremely appreciated! The product looks amazing as always! We have had professional coatings in the past and can't go without them now. We built a new place and having the garage floor coated was first!! I highly recommend this company for all your concrete coatings and it will never turn yellow like epoxy!!

I would like the thank Flagler concrete for the great customer service provided thus far. Garrett the project coordinator was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. I received my Military discount + received a great price for my 3 car garage.The office staff was also helpful when I had questions. At this point I can’t give you my results of my project yet I’m scheduled for a March garage floor install. Had garage floor completed Monday. Brendan and his crew arrived in a timely manner, quickly, as quietly as possible prepared the floor and expertly completed the job with little interruption or inconvenience. Very satisfied with results and a major improvement in appearance.

Had a huge area to do and I expected some areas to redo. Came back out same week and took care of it. Redo is some what lighter color then original. Will have to live with it. Majority is beautiful.

Our garage floor had some battery acid on it and was unsightly. We read about Flagler company and gave them a call. The garage was emptied by them and the workers arrived to do their work. One day and what a transformation! The next day they returned to check on their work and soon after replaced all the contents of the garage. Very happy with results and pricing.

They came to resurface a two car garage that I messed up trying to seal it myself. They stripped off the old floor and put the new floor down. The floor looks very professional and exceeded my expectations. Fantastic. However, the crew left a mess. The dust from the sanding the old floor was all over the front yard and they blew it onto my neighbor’s truck. They also left several patches of paint on my paver driveway. I did call and they said “just use some acetate and it will come off” which I did and it worked. The floor is great but the crew could use some coaching.

The installers arrived on time and completed the job in about 6 hours. The results were exactly as expected and very good looking. Longevity remains to be seen but I expect it to be as advertised. BTW the cost was significantly less than competitors.

We ordered floor application for our porch. The "Design Representative", Connor, was very informative about the process and offered us multiple samples from which we made our choice. He also established how far out they were and set a date for our installation based on our availability. We are anxiously awaiting our new porch floor which will be more visually appealing in addition to not showing the dirt as our current concrete floor. It will also be easier to keep clean.

Flagler Concrete Coatings did an excellent job on our pool deck using a rubber rock coating which was placed over the existing concrete pavers. The crew was very professional. Shawn met with us to discuss concrete coating for our pool. He was exceptional and straight forward in providing information and pricing. We were so impressed, we decided to go ahead and have the garage done. Will provide more information once the job is complete. We had the garage and pool area seal coated. They did a very nice job and we are very pleased. We had some rain that did not allow the sealer to stick. Miquel came back the next day and removed the bad areas and reinstalled the sealer. Impressed by their willingness to do the job right. Very pleased.

We have had Flagler Concrete do our garage and driveway. We love the job they did originally and have had several repair jobs done by them. Great job done on my Lani floor. The guy’s were on time, very professional . I’m only disappointed about Maxwell, who I signed up the contract with. He promised to move my furniture out of my lani, and after the job he would put it back. He denied it to me, when the time came to do the floor, a month later. I ask if he would still come out to remove and put back my furniture. His reply was; he never offered it to me. I had to find someone to do it for me.

We recently contracted with M,ax Celentano, of Flagler Concrete Coatings to install a coating on our side and back yard at our courtyard villa. A few weeks later they sent in Mike Muscato , a lead production technician, to install our coating with the assistance of a co-worker named Justice. The job went well and was completed in a day. We had our driveway done over a year ago. Some small issues started to show, probably because we had marine paint from previous owners, and the coating didn’t stick properly. I wish I would have been warned about the dust this project would generate. Had I known the TV and other things hanging could have been covered. So far it's taken a full day just to get it partially clean. I will have to hire someone to clean my three sets of sliders< I'm elderly >and light fixtures outside. All the after work I had could have been avoided. I would still us Flagler Concrete again and I may.

I had both my garage and lanai floors done. I thought the price was fair and the job looks great. I had the same issue with the business card deal. “He had just gave away his last one.” Kind of Mickey Mouse but he was very friendly and explained the whole process very well. Bottom line, a quality job was done on time, when scheduled, and at a fair price. I would certainly use them again. Also the installers worked their tails off to make sure I was happy. Likewise they cleaned up very nicely.

Did a great job and a wonderful crew

Flagler Concrete Coating was not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive. They were right in the middle. But they are part of a well established company that provided a limited lifetime warranty. Something none of the others were willing to do. My job was completed today. It consisted of a 1200' pool patio and a 300' front porch with steps. I was sent 2 crews one led by Mike and the other by Rocko with 3 team members between them. I have been in construction a good portion of my life and I was impressed with the smoothness and continuity of the work process. Each person knew their job and did it with having to be directed. They did a meticulous job of covering my 20,000 gallon pool. They were very detailed in the application of the surface and the clean-up. I had a lot of expansion joints and that took a lot of work to clean those up. The patio and porch look great and we can't wait to put our furnature back in place. Thank you.

Had my 4 car garage grinded and coated a year ago. Had a few imperfections/ issues appear in the 3 car section. They agreed to re-do the area. When Hector showed up, he said the original install was not done 100% correctly and they needed to start over so it would be 100%. They came back a couple weeks later and did just that. Wish I had gone with them. Jeff came out and gave me a spot-on quote. I had already signed a contract with Shark coating and Jeff came in lower than Shark coating. Shark sales person was about 4K above market and when I gave them Jeff's quote, she said the manager sent an email with a limited time sales event. Bottom line is I really think Flagler has the better installers....my neighbors had Shark do their decking and have been back 3 times...once to do the entire job again. I also think Flagler is more honest and also offered more options (drainage, ballistics, etc.) than Shark coatings. I'm kicking myself for not going with Flagler.

We love pur new driveway. Our old one was coated with marine paint, with no grit added. When it rained, even drizzle, turned it into a slip ‘n slide. The guys that came had to spend the whole first day grinding that marine paint off in the high heat. It should have been a one day job. They might want to charge extra for driveways with that stuff on them. The second day, the rain stopped them before the last coat. They finished on day 3. But what feels like it would hurt my feet, to my hands, doesn’t. It looks so great. And it is safe. They did a great job! Very professional!

They repaired cracks in the driveway and after coating with their multiple step process, the driveway looks brand new. The driveway now looks like a show room floor. I learned long ago that "you get what you pay for" and hiring these guys to do this install was well worth the extra cost. We liked the fist install so much, we added on to the patio and had a second coating done. LOVE the sand stone color and they did a great job matching existing coating. -- HIGHLY recommend using this team for your next Concrete Coating job.

We hired Flagler Concreate to do my 40x10 Lani slab. From the very start, the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable with the product. Even though they were a little more expensive than the Shark guys, we went with them. After the owner learned that we were going to initially go with Shark, she was able to match the price, for which we were very grateful. Communication there after was on point, scheduling was very good and on time, based on weather. The team that came out to do the job was very professional and did an excellent job. We are super happy with the results of our Lani and how they have transformed what looked horrible to something that is now beautiful. We had a small issue a week later, but the owner came out and corrected it immediately! We cannot say enough how happy we are with the work and how beautiful it looks. We highly recommend Flagler Concreate.

Mike and Rocco were the two men installing new deck around our pool. Sandy provided expert services in giving us estimate for new deck and providing assistance with color choice. Mike and Rocco spent two days here removing old surface, installing new drains (MUCH NEEDED) and applying several coats of new deck surface. Excellent, neat and clean work. Pool area totally cleaned. After new surface dried for 24 hours, Gilberto came to clean pool of all debris from this surface installation. Everything looks brand new. Good honest people, this product is unlike any other. The job was done perfectly as discussed, in a timely fashion, and honestly it was a great deal to get this level of quality for the price, especially compared to all the junk out there. If I'm going to coat my driveway and increase the value and beauty of my property, I'd rather do it right then have some lowlife come paint my driveway with cheap chemicals every other year. Thank you guys for a great job we totally love it!

My experience with the team of flagler concrete was outstanding, the product is far superior than what i was expecting. i chose sandstone for my driveway and walkway it reminds me of a Thomas Kincaid painting just beautiful . After I had my driveway and walkway done I couldn't resist and did my back patio I am so pleased And on a full moon it looks magical
