Best Concrete Coating Company

We still haven’t got our flooring covering installed but so far very pleased with this company and the representatives they have sent to my house. Didi was great he did a great job of educating us on the different types of flooring and what we were looking for to get a lifetime warranty ,when he left here. He was almost like family. (Very disappointed so far)Started off with changing my date of service knowing I had to have a U-Haul reservation to hold my stuff while they did my garage floorsWell, then it was installation day I was advised one day easy , Started off got here a couple hours later than I was told to expect while offloading equipment. They realize they need gas so both workers leave to go get gas and now an hour later they’re ready to work. Before starting with the grinder had to repair the front end that was disassembled, and the unit would not start. I was advised they’re gonna have to do the whole thing with the small hand grinders because they can’t get a mechanic to call them back. finally, after much tinkering with their grinder, they got it going, so they hooked up the very large vacuum to it to help with the dust of grinding cement. It got so bad I could not see the man doing the grinding with the cloud of Cement dust, that’s when they realized. The vacuum was not working so now they had to take that apart to clean out all three filters clogged up very bad. Pre-prior planning Prevent piss poor performance. I am under the understanding that the product they put on the floor first is permanent with a lifetime warranty and my wife watched one of the workers sling this stuff 3 foot up. The wall in the lanai did not appear concerned and walked off .They started the second step with the lanai by adding the colored chips. In the garage, it has all been ground down. Cracks were supposed to have been repaired. I have plenty of photos. Showing this is a very unprofessional job cracks that appear to have never been touched. One of the workers claimed he wasn’t feeling good so they abandoned the job with no concern for us having to deal with extending our U-Haul agreement costing us more money and I advise them that we have someplace to be tomorrow at 2 o’clock. so I would appreciate it if they come in the morning, they then advised me they had someplace else to stop first if they were to just drive there and drive to my house it would be 11 o’clock so however, long it takes to do the work there they figure 12 1230 again showing no concern at all for us almost like they were doing us a favor. I don’t know what the final job will look like yet but right now I feel if I had a choice another company would be in here doing the work. . well here we are in the next day did not look like things were gonna go too well the supervisor that was supposed to come on. The job decided he couldn’t be bothered and they showed up about 1:30 in the afternoon, but the two fellows that showed up to finish the job had a much better positive attitude they went at it hard. They got the job done and it looks really nice both my garage and my lanai. The completed job is a five star rated with the problems we had are represented by the three stars. Well, this will be my final update to this post for Flagger Concrete Coating. Four days after the job was done in the evening they sent me a final bill. I paid it upon receipt the very next day on Thursday. I called the office and spoke to Austin about some concerns I had about the job, he was very courteous listen to what I had to say, and in less than a half hour he called back taken care of all of my concerns immediately with a very positive attitude. This is refreshing. at the end of the day we have two floors and my wife loves in the final result is great job back up to five stars.

I would like the thank Flagler concrete for the great customer service provided thus far. Garrett the project coordinator was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. I received my Military discount + received a great price for my 3 car garage.The office staff was also helpful when I had questions. At this point I can’t give you my results of my project yet I’m scheduled for a March garage floor install. So at that time I will give you my thoughts on how this went and what it looks like before and after. As of right now Flagler Voncrete is A + *****
